Job Overview

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support all Company HSE programs and ensure compliance with all relevant HSE policy.
  • Develop and update machinery engineering tools, guides, and specifications related to Machinery.
  • Support Machinery surveillance programs (lube oil analysis, vibration monitoring, KPI and tracking, performance assessments, etc.).
  • Troubleshooting engineering support, root cause failure analysis, Management of Change.
  • Provide technical support in inspection and testing activities at vendor shops and sites.
  • Support shutdown activities related to Machinery.
  • Support development of Machinery maintenance strategies and improvement.
  • Champion Machinery reliability and optimization initiatives.
  • Oversee engineering activities of the Contractors and Machinery Suppliers.
  • Provide Engineering support to other stakeholders related to machinery such as among other Projects, Operation Readiness, Operations and Maintenances.
  • Participate in HAZID, HAZOP and Risk Assessment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mechanical Engineering Degree with fluency in English.
  • 10+ years experience in Oil and Gas Operations and facilities.
  • Experience with compressors, gas turbines, reciprocating engines, motors, generators, pumps, and related systems.
  • Experience in Engineering related to Machinery, preferably in Project (from FEED, Detail Engineering, Installation, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and start up until stable operation) and Reliability.
  • Experiences in maintenance as an added advantage.
