Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
· Conduct data entry tasks accurately and maintain efficient filing systems for documents and records.
· Monitor office supply inventory and facilitate procurement as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
· Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
· Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating proficiency in MS Office Suite and office equipment.
· Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively to team objectives.
· Adaptability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload efficiently.
· Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
· Fluent in Arabic – English – Kurdish languages.
· Age between 25 to 31.
· Female candidates only.
· Bachelor degree either law or business administration.
