The Managing Director’s Assistant will be responsible for coordinating communication and tasks between the Headquarter and Project Manager. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.


  • Coordinate efficient communication by serving as the primary contact, ensuring clear and timely information flow between the Headquarter and Project Manager.
  • Manage email, calendar, and calls, prioritizing tasks and appointments as necessary.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls, including agenda and material preparation.
  • Assist in document preparation, formatting, proofreading, and maintain an efficient archiving system for critical documents and correspondence.
  • Utilize their engineering background to actively contribute to the preparation, submission, and management of tender documents.
  • Support project managers by facilitating information flow to and from the executive and tracking project timelines and deadlines while upholding confidentiality.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required or assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
