Job Description

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Marketing professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Marketing Coordinator you are responsible to assist the marketing & communications team in the organization with all matters related to correspondence and follow ups, both internal and external, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Ensure all outgoing correspondence is distributed to the highest possible standards
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and answer telephone calls and messages
• Daily filing of correspondence and information by ensuring that all public relation files are updated and organized
• Ensure all photos are placed in albums with the name of the function
• Assist the Marketing & Communication Manager and executive in formulating all marketing collaterals including the hotel newsletter, direct mails, leaflets and handouts
• Assist in handling events with the concerned departments within the hotel to make sure that all branding for sponsors is as agreed in contracts
• Responsible for all materials provided by the sponsors
• Assist in maintaining an effective working relationship with all members of target media, electronic and print, local, national and international to encourage and maximize coverage of all events and promotions
• Assist in the production of all promotional material, including gathering of supporting data and collateral material
• Take photographs of all internal functions, banquet and conference functions and VIP’s



Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should be an advertising, marketing or communication graduate with preferable experiences in a similar field. You must be a computer literate with effective communication skills, verbal and written in English and preferably in Arabic as well.
