Role Description
The Marketing Manager develops and implements marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s services and enhance its visibility in the community.
- Key Responsibilities:· Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote hospital services.· Conduct market research to identify trends, patient needs, and competitive landscape.
· Manage the hospital’s online presence, including social media and website content.
· Organize community outreach programs and events to increase hospital visibility.
· Collaborate with department heads to align marketing efforts with hospital goals.
· Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
· Build relationships with local organizations, businesses, and the community to foster partnerships.
· Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
· Previous experience in healthcare marketing or a similar role.
· Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
· Languages: Proficient in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
