Job Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in promoting Lexus vehicles, services, and the overall brand in the Iraqi market. The role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing campaigns, and driving customer engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the brand’s presence is optimized across various channels, both digital and traditional. The goal is to enhance brand awareness, increase dealership traffic, and ultimately drive vehicle sales.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based) to promote Lexus products and services.
- Ensure campaigns align with Lexus’s global brand standards while adapting to the local market.
- Track and analyze the performance of campaigns to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Content Creation & Social Media:
- Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to engage the target audience.
- Work with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and written content for promotional materials, website, and social media.
- Monitor social media trends and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in organizing and executing dealership events such as product launches, test drive events, and brand engagement activities.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, marketing materials, and invitations.
- Work with the sales team to ensure effective lead generation at events.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify local automotive trends and customer preferences.
- Provide regular reports on competitor activities and market conditions.
- Support in developing marketing strategies based on market insights.
- Dealer Network Support:
- Collaborate with other Lexus dealerships in Iraq to maintain consistent brand messaging and promotional activities.
- Provide marketing support for local dealership-specific promotions.
- Customer Engagement:
- Work with the customer service team to develop strategies for improving customer experience and loyalty.
- Support CRM initiatives to ensure customer data is effectively used for marketing purposes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong Knowledge of automotive products. Minimum 2-3 years experience in marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, digital marketing proficiency. Fluency in Arabic and English languages is mandatory.
