Marketing General Manager

Job Overview

      Responsibilities:

  • Study and set-up mid-term strategic marketing plan for Toyota/Lexus/Hino brands based on the market insights and result of market studies.
  • Planning and conducting national advertisement and periodical Toyota/Lexus/Hino national advertisement and periodical promotional activities for the brand enhancement based on the market insights and result of market studies.
  •  Initiating and leading the team for full and timely cross-divisional commination in the company
  • Evaluating its efficiency and marketing report about national advertisement and periodical promotional activities.
  • Controlling and supporting dealers’ promotion and advertisement activities. Organizing company and national event, such as but not limited to local motor show, newmodel launch event and dealer opening ceremonies.
  • Monitoring and properly supervising necessary negotiation and daily communication with media, motor journalists, advertising agency, event agency and venders.
  • Managing and monitoring the timely preparation of product catalogue and brochures, supporting to prepare PR article of media in timely manner.
  • Implementing and controlling Toyota/Lexus/Hino CI standards for the company and dealers.
  • Reviewing articles and interviews regarding the company and dealers.
  • Assisting necessary translation of all documents related to the advertisement and PR activities.
  • Managing and monitoring marketing calendar preparation and its annual budget and its budgetary control
  •  Formulating the strategy to build a digital connection with the consumers.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance of digital marketing, customer sentiment and behavior using of variety of analytic tool
  • Acquiring insight in online and digital marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.

    Total professional years of experience: 

10 years or more

Languages required:

English, Arabic and Kurdish

   Education required:

University Degree

  Nationality:

Iraq

 Skills (Technical& Soft):

Plenty of knowledge and experience in Automotive industry and advertisement/PR activities.

Ability to motivate and lead the team members.

Boundaryless Communication mind.

Can handle the tough discussion and negotiation.

Microsoft Office, especially for PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
