Duties and responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the Meraki’s services
- Understand clients marketing goals and strategies, and develop plans and recommendations to achieve those goals
- Working with designers, content creators, and Marketing Specialists to understand the project scope and objectives
- Creating and delivering content in English, Kurdish and Arabic for various media platforms (ex: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate communication between clients and agency departments
- Monitor and analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for clients and to provide insight to the agency’s teams
- Create and present reports on campaign performance and results to clients
- Participate in new business development efforts, including proposal writing, presentations, and pitches
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Marketing Field
- Bachelor’s Degree related to Graphic Design/Media preferred
- To have a background and knowledge of various marketing aspects: Branding, Graphics, Editing, and Copywriting
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, social media, and content marketing
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English, Kurdish, and Arabic
- Must have a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances in language usage in all three languages.
