Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and organize doctors’ schedules and patient appointments.
- Maintain and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Handle phone calls, and other correspondence professionally.
- Assist the doctor and nurses in preparing reports, medical documents, and prescriptions.
- Ensure the availability of medical supplies and office inventory.
- Greet and assist patients with inquiries, forms, and payments.
- Adhere to high patient care standards.
- Provide exemplary care to patients, ensuring a positive and comforting experience.
- Address and resolve patient care complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct thorough checks of all medications and equipment before use.
- Provide direct patient administering medications, and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of medical treatments.
- Assist in emergency care procedures when required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant qualifications.
- Experience in healthcare or a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in Turkish is a must.
- Good level of Kurdish, Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
Working Hours: 03:00 – 09:00/ 5 Days per week
