Merchandiser/Promoter

Bakhteyare Company, located in Erbil’s Kasnazan area, is experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking an experienced Merchandiser/Promoter to join our dynamic team. This role will play a key part in promoting our products and ensuring excellent visibility and representation in retail environments.

Responsibilities:

• Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and ensure optimal product availability and stocking levels.
• Foster strong relationships with store managers and staff to maximize promotional opportunities.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and interact with customers to stimulate sales.
• Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or Promoter, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for travel to different locations.
• Flexibility to travel within the Erbil region and work weekends or evenings as required.
