Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to promote digital wallet’ services to potential customers.
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate digital wallet solutions.
- Keeping updated on the latest digital wallet services, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching digital wallet solutions to both new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalised services and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional wallet services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customer segments and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to enhance the digital wallet sales process.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies while promoting and selling digital wallet services.
Required qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital or financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong understanding of digital banking products, services, and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to analyse market trends and customer data to drive sales strategies.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
