Job Overview

We are looking for a Merchant Support to join our team in Erbil city.

Working Schedule: 6 Days/ Week, 9 Hours/Day



The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall daily communications with our merchants and to ensure the service quality.



  • Ensure merchants have a smooth on-boarding experience and are satisfied with the company services.
  • Communicate across multiple teams within company during the onboarding process of merchants.
  • Receive calls and record significant information that will maintain the service quality.
  • Resolve merchant and customer complaints in a timely manner. Handle all order related issues.
  • Provide the direct in-charge with instant feedback and reports on the merchant issues.
  • Follow the company’s guidelines, policies and procedures at all times.



  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
  • Fluent in Kurdish, Excellent level of Arabic and English.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to make instant decisions in compliance with the company’s policy and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skill.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
