National Climate Change and Biodiversity Expert (1 Position)‎

Period and Duration of the assignment/Services: 5 Months (60 days)

 

Start Date: 15 July 2022       end date: 14 Dec 2022

 

Location: Al-Anbar

 

 

Academic Qualifications:

 

Master’s in Environmental science, climate change, environmental engineering, biodiversity or relevant fields.

 

work Experience:

 

• More than 5 years of technical experience in environmental and climate change management projects
• Proven experience in coordination with national and local authorities and other stakeholders
• Proven ability to communicate with the local communities
• Proven ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
• Past experience in organizing field surveys and data collection is required
• Experience in working with UN agencies or other international Agencies is an asset
• Preference will be given to those among the residents of Al-Anbar Functional competencies:
