STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experiences:
• Extensive experience (3+ years) in PHP web development, particularly with the technologies used in IQWIMS. Such as:
• PHP: The core backend programming language used for server-side scripting and application logic.
• PostgreSQL: The relational database management system employed for storing and managing the system’s data.
• Internet Information Services (IIS): The web server used when deploying IQWIMS on Windows servers.
• Navicat or pgAdmin: Recommended database management tools for administering the PostgreSQL database.
• Microsoft Excel: Used for preparing historical data before importing it into IQWIMS.
• CMS: IQWIMS is built on top of a Content Management System (CMS) developed by third company, which provides core functionalities and libraries.
• Draw.io Script: A script used to render schematic diagrams within the system.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control, documentation, and testing.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Experience in refactoring and improving existing codebases.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines.
• Ability to work in NCWRM.
Language:
• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
