Description

This position is responsible for handling all administrative tasks related to, Resource allocation, employee attendance, reporting, business correspondence, documentations, and forms as per company policy.

This role is responsible for maintain Processes and Reporting, KPIs monitoring, ticket status and statistics and ensure communication with related departments to complete purchasing capacitiesPrepare Reports, and Analysis as requested, Work with computers effectively utilizing software applications process data and Data Visualization documents as requested from ManagementManage activities for the systems and provide information for technical issues or questions faced with respect to the systems used in the channels.Create reports Illustrates the total purchasing capacity (Local / International) with fully information (State / District capacity, International capacity in each border with Port information)Check with Concerns Dept. (Regulatory Affairs, Account Payable finance) The monthly invoices which relate Purchasing capacity (Local / International) and support them with outages report which happen on Purchasing capacity (Local / International) ports.

Perform some research duties as and when required by the team.

Follow-up with section supervisor/manager for preparing documents and summary reports containing the employee of Planning Network and Optimization achieved works

Keep Human resources section informed for any changes in section staff.

Follow-up with HR department about Employees Problems (Fingerprint, Delay and Absence)

Prepare required studies & presentations requested by section supervisor/manager.Handle general administrative activities to support the business.

Create processes for Network Optimization & Monitoring department and check it after completed from quality department, and follow-up approvals.

Follow-up and edit in monitor system (PRTG /Zabbix) any Upgrade / Downgrade / Activate / Terminate in purchasing capacity (Local / International)

Arrange meeting’s time, place, and duration with director, prepare meeting agenda & pick up minutes from meetings

Follow up & Edit in Sheet Huawei & BB Fiber ports Last update, any (Upgrades / Downgrades / Activate and Terminate)

Follow-up with the Department of Administration for anything needed by Network Optimization & Monitoring department.

Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration or related.

3 years Minimum experience in admin or project coordination role in ISP or Telecom industry.
