Job Overview

We are hiring! Quantum Co is looking for a highly organised, active and hard working office administrator for our Baghdad office.

Job Roles:
+ Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies
+ Manage office staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
+ Manage agendas / appointments for the upper management
+ Manage phone calls, emails and correspondence with clients, contractors and other offices
+ Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
+ Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
+ Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
+ Assist colleagues and liaisons with other departments
+ General office organisation works

Skills Required
+ Strong written and spoken English
+ Fluent in Arabic
+ Fluent in CRM or ERP systems
+ Fluent in all MS programs (MS Office, MS Excel…etc)
+ Strong communication skills
+ Highly organised
+ Ability to multi-tasks

Education: Bachelor Degree

Starting: Immediately
Location: Karada, Baghdad
