Job Overview

We are seeking for office clerk who oversees a variety of clerical and administrative duties in a company including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and updating company records.



  • Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.
  • Sorts incoming mail and delivers it to the appropriate department or individual; processes outgoing mail.
  • Follow up calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
  • Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals and prepares messages.


Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Gender: Female
  • Language Skills: Advanced in Kurdish, Turkish, and English
  • Records maintenance skills.
  • Proficient with MS. Office or related software.
  • Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to prepare and print routine correspondence, labels, and/or other basic written material.
  • Word processing and data entry skills.
  • Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

  • No or very limited physical effort is required.
  • No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
