Cihan Group Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy:

 

Position:                  Oil & Lubricants Manager

Hours:                      8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu)

Location:                  Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq

 

Job Summary:

 

Responsible for overseeing Procurement, Distribution, Sales, Payment Collection and management of oil and lubricant business of a reputed Multinational brand. This role requires strong Market & Product knowledge, strategy to build sales channels, achieve sales target and optimize Inventory with high focus on cost-efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Product Management: Manage the full lifecycle of oil and lubricant products, from procurement to storage and distribution, ensuring consistent availability for all sales channels.
  • Sales Management: Build strong sales channel across KRG by covering wholesale dealers, multi brand retail outlets, fuel stations, local garages, fleet customers and OEM Service Centers. Train and develop sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets, month on month.
  • Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with oil and lubricant suppliers, negotiate to ensure the best pricing, marketing & technical support.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and implement inventory management practices to minimize overstocking and reduce costs.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all products and handling procedures comply with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, new products, and technology advances in oil and lubricants to keep the company’s product offerings competitive.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, customers, product usage, and expenses. Generate regular reports for management on stock levels, costs, and consumption.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in oil and lubricants business.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency with inventory management.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of automotive oils, lubricants, and industry standards.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an automotive company.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems.
