Roles and Responsibilities
1. Internal Projects Roles:
• Prepare, organize & archive all expenses including internal, and external invoices and missions.
• Follow up on all expenses related to O&M and coordinate the expenses process between the O&M and Finance departments.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and following the internal projects projects.
• Track and follow internal project progress, leading the communication with other related departments.
• Prepare and initiate reports for different assigned projects.
2. Administrative Support:
• Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Prepare project budget and track financial progress.
3. Communication and Liaison:
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external project communications.
• Facilitate communication between different departments or teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during project execution.
Education / Personal Qualification
1. Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in communication engineering or Equivalate.
2. Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in coordination, Project Management, or administrative role, preferably in [relevant industry].
3. Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
