Roles and Responsibilities

  • Data collection from field staff and update sites database
  • Cross-check the collected data with the original database and assure data accuracy
  • Prepare required budget and update actual paid amounts per site
  • Report sites database on weekly bases to the client with required analyses
  • Follow up with regional coordinators for data collection and updates
  • Enhance field data collection process

Education / Personal Qualification

  • Bsc. In telecommunication, IT or equivalent .
  • Good MS Office skills (high skills in Excel )
  • Good soft skills (Self Confidence, Communication, active lessening, presentation skills, dissuasion making, team leading, Work under pressure, teamwork).
  • Project Management skills (Planning, data analyses, Risk management,  ..)
  • Excellent English Skills (Speaking, Writing, and reading )
  • Good background in accounting with good skills dealing with invoices
