Roles and Responsibilities


  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly region-related reports (Internal & with Clients)
  • Follow up region ongoing projects with assigned supervisors
  • Coordinate with regional teams and area manager to prepare the needed raw data to have proper analyses
  • Support plan preparation for the daily Operation activities
  • Support region data gathering enhancements and highlight major cases



Education / Personal Qualification

  • BSc in Communication, computer & IT or equivalent
  • Report preparation skills
  • Excellent English Skills (Speaking, Writing, and reading)
  • Good MS Office skills (high skills in Excel)
