Operations Coordinator

Job Overview

Works under the supervision of Operations Manager and supporting him by performing projects such as following-up activities, making necessary documentations, preparing Proof of Delivery (POD) and submitting invoices. Coordinators assist other members within the management team. Manage and organize the tasks to be performed on daily basis. Females are more preferable.



  • Assist Operations Manager in managing and handling shipments and operations
  • Share the details of shipments with airport team and ask for required documents and approvals
  • Follow-up shipments status on daily basis and inform clients accordingly
  • Advise the client for preparing documents needed
  • Check approvals, documents and paperwork from clients prior to submit it to airport team
  • Prepare Delivery Tickets for shipments prior to be cleared
  • Making Invoices and prepare backups
  • Prepare cost analysis form and other documents when required by Operations Manager
  • Coordinating with Warehouse team for receiving and dispatching goods
  • Conduct and organize activities to fulfil the requirements and meet the deadlines
  • Organizing the company documentations and customer files
  • Perform other duties as would be required by Operations Manager



  • Proficiency in computer skills such as (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Fluent or very good English language skill
  • Having excellent knowledge in using internet and browsing
  • Strong capability to work under instructions and pressure
  • Experience in logistics is an extra
  • Capable to work in a team environment
  • Capable to communicate effectively with clients/customers, vendors, and other team members
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Computer science or other related fields
  • Ability and interest to learn new things easily
  • Ability to travel, when required
  • Not older than 35 years

Working hours:

  • Saturday to Thursday
  • 8:30am to 4:30pm
