Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Officer to join our team, with a primary focus on managing corporate client accounts. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of travel arrangements, compliance with corporate policies, and delivering outstanding service to our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize travel itineraries to align with corporate client policies and budgets.
  • Negotiate and secure corporate rates with hotels, airlines, and service providers.
  • Provide support for corporate clients, ensuring prompt response to inquiries and emergencies.
  • Facilitate group bookings and coordinate logistics for corporate events and conferences.
  • Implement and streamline approval workflows to ensure compliance with corporate travel policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations to offer valuable insights to clients.
  • Assist in developing safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of travelers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.


Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Travel Agent
  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travelling
  • Good language skills, English, Kurdish and Arabic as a Plus
  • Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
