Rules and Responsibilities:
- Greeting new customers, along with updating their location and confirming their orders.
- Checking with restaurants to accept waiting orders.
- Respond to customers’ inquiries via call, Zoho, and Info email.
- Checking customers’ ratings, along with following up with customers and updating their feedback on related excel files.
- Apologize to customers, whose orders will be late.
- Follow up the critical issues with concerned parties (Sales, Monitors, Market…etc.).
- Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

- Proficiency in (English, Arabic, and Kurdish (Badini & Sonrai) accents.
