Operations Specialist – Call Center

Job Overview

Rules and Responsibilities:

  • Greeting new customers, along with updating their location and confirming their orders.
  • Checking with restaurants to accept waiting orders.
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries via call, Zoho, and Info email.
  • Checking customers’ ratings, along with following up with customers and updating their feedback on related excel files.
  • Apologize to customers, whose orders will be late.
  • Follow up the critical issues with concerned parties (Sales, Monitors, Market…etc.).
  • Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
