Order Operations Associate

Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

  • Prcessing the daily replenishment and on – demand orders of distributers.
  • Make Sure that the order fulfilled by considering the optimal logistics cost.
  • Considering and alternative source with minimum cost idea if there is a limited supply at the ideal – source.
  • Checking the orders by item level for consistency in order to elimenate any insccurate delivery and assigning related reason cods if needed.
  • Finlizing the orders by load building and truck sizing.
  • Balancing the stock levels between the distributers inorder to run fairly shared allocation.
  • Highlit the order gap to the related stakholders like order operations, demand planning and production planning team.
  • Driving the communication with the distributers about the order statusses.
  • Bridging the gap between distributers and the operation team inorder to increase distributer’s enagagement with order operations related issues.
  • Ensuring the orders fullfilled through the distributers recievment standards (FEFO suitability, pallet standards suittabillity).
  • Responding the call center complaints from the distributers and informing the call center back office.
  • Creating shipment to rich daily sell-in target end to avoid logistics over capacity at the end of the month.

Candidate Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Social Sciences, Engineering

Critical Experiences Specific to this Job

  • Data Analyzing.
  • Excel Knowledge (and ability to develop).
  • SAP System background.
  • Voyage System Background.
  • FIT Reporting System Knowledge.
