Parts Advisor – SAM Erbil

The Parts Advisor is responsible for receiving spare parts requests from customers and/or the maintenance department, completing the sales process, preparing lists of all required parts from the warehouse, and following up on the delivery of parts to the customer and the collection of expenses until the deal is closed.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field. At least two years of experience in the same field. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Excellence in Communication and negotiation skills, Knowledge of automotive service and parts pricing structures. Good Computer Skills especially MS Office Programs. Kurdish, Arabic, & and English languages are a must. Iraqis only can apply for this role.
