Cihan Auto-Trading Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy:
Position: Parts Executive
Hours: 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu)
Location: Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region, Iraq
Duties and responsibilities:
Primary Job Functions & Responsibilities (day-to-day activities) Line of Authority
- Managing and achieving parts sales target according to plan.
- Developing sales volumes in his designated area.
- Visit all the assigned wholesale customers including local dealers & oil changer garages regular basis.
- Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts by using of EPC, customer requests, or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions.
- Suggesting customer/Service advisor for additional related parts to improve sales.
- Tap new & potential customers for the agreed business segment, as per Company Policy and as per Toyota guidelines.
- Ensure successful follow-up on sales promotion & safety campaigns
- Prepare daily customer visit records and summary, analysis, customer database with contact details, and all reporting documents.
- Recording the daily sales summary, transactions and progress, as per Supervisor Guidelines.
- Collect & compile lost sales report on regular basis
- Submit a monthly summary report to Parts Sales Manager.
- Handle cash transactions with customers using Dealer management systems
- Scan goods and collect payments, Issue receipts, refunds
- Ensuring the fund recovery from the external parties, by assessing their business / activity models after understanding they have the right credentials.
- Greet all customers pleasantly and with courtesy,
Education, Job Requirements & Skills:
- Proficiency in Kurdish and English, and Arabic language (Spoken and Written).
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Related job and internship experience.
- Proficient in inventory systems, record keeping and details recording.
- Resourceful in light vehicle spare parts supplier.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good organization skills.
- Flexibility in duty time.
