Parts Manager – SAM Erbil:

The Parts Manager is responsible for the sales and storage of parts at SAM company.  The Parts Manager, Manages spare part employees in the assigned branch and ensures offering good service and assistance to walk-in customers. The parts manager in general is responsible for managing spare parts function, plans implementation, overseeing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading team training, and reporting achievements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration, along with 7+ years of experience, including 2 years in managerial roles. Proficiency in Arabic, Kurdish, and English is crucial. Must excel in compliance management, problem-solving, customer focus, and teamwork. Strong in negotiation, analysis, and effective communication. Adaptable and results-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply. Iraqis only can apply for this role.
