About the job:
The Parts Sales Executive’s main responsibility is to conduct site visits for potential customers (private and governmental) inside and outside Baghdad, offering our service and parts. The Parts Sales Executive is also responsible for preparing proposals, providing technical support for all tenders, ensuring that all proposals requirements and parts specifications are met according to the tender requirements, and making sure to close sales deals.
About the Company ( SAM ) : Sardar Automobile & Machinery Trading Company Ltd. (Sardar Machinery) was founded in 2008 as a member of Sardar Group companies ( www.sardargroup.com ). Sardar Machinery is an official dealer of Hino trucks and buses for central and south Iraq under the exclusive distributor of the whole of Iraq.
Responsibilities:
- Reports sales to the manager and ensures that the sales are on track to hit the targets set for the section.
- Supply customer requirements and ensure appropriate records are maintained.
- Summarizes tenders’ requests for management and gains approvals to participate in tenders’ preparation.
- Maintenance and filing of all dealership paperwork as directed.
- Enters the data of parts orders.
- Tracks special orders and follow up.
- Assists parts manager with various parts department duties
Qualifications:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical or electromechanical engineering
– Experience: Previous experience of 3 years in a similar role.
– Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
– Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
– Other Skills: Attention to Detail.
