  • Providing strong support to the service department (i.e. by improving fill rate to the service department, pre-pulling parts for technicians, etc.)

  • Developing proposals for improving customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring competitors and promoting parts sales
  • Planning and contributing to the dealers’ parts and service marketing programs

Organization

 

  • Organizing the parts department to maximize the efficiency of the parts and service staff
  • Maintaining conditions of 4S in the parts department

Economic Management

 

  • Carefully monitors the dealership’s parts-related indices and creates ambitious parts sales, service rate, and stocking level objectives
  • Continuously monitors and strives to improve efficiency in the parts department

Main Tasks

 

  • Accurate processing of customers invoices and receipts
  • Upkeep of customers service history files
  • Promote and ensure customer satisfaction

Authority and Organizational Position

 

  • Responsible for the entire Parts Department
  • Reports to the Branch Manager
  • Cooperates closely and meets regularly with the Service Manager
