• Delivers the team to the sites.

• Support team in transporting equipment maintaining the vehicles and equipment in the best shape as per company policy.

• Make sure vehicle readiness at all times regarding status & fuel.
• Continuous coordination with technician’s team leader regarding tasks destinations.
• Transport all needed equipment & materials.
• Transport Engineers & Technicians to sites.

Carry out emergency shifts to meet department s needs.

• High School or diploma.
• Traffic license with clean driving record
• 0-1 Years in Field Work.

• Reduce the SLA.
• Resolution Rate: Tickets resolved within 24 hours.
• Achieve customer satisfaction rate.
• % of compliance to organization policies.
