Pay Media Specialist & Campaign Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize pay media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies, including audience targeting, budget allocation, ad creative development, and messaging.
  3. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign planning and optimization efforts.
  4. Set up and manage pay media campaigns, including campaign structure, ad group creation, keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting.
  5. Monitor campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS), and optimize campaigns to improve performance.
  6. Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize results.
  7. Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets optimized for pay media campaigns.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in pay media and digital advertising, and leverage new opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  9. Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance, including insights, recommendations, and actionable insights for optimization.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed to support campaign execution and optimization efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in pay media management, digital advertising, or campaign management, with a strong track record of driving results.
  3. Expertise in pay media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for testing new ideas and optimizing campaign performance.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools is a plus.
  9. Google Ads certification, Facebook Blueprint certification, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
