Summary:
Seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in Baghdad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring compliance with social security, income tax, and labor laws, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with social security and income tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Utilize Excel to manage payroll data, generate reports, and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance for payroll-related matters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll processing for minmum 3-4 years.
- Strong knowledge of social security, income tax, and labor laws.
- Excellent Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
