Job Title Performance and Data Lead – M&E Department / Function Maintenance & Engineering/ Performance Management
Responsibility for People? No Location: ROO HQ Work pattern 28 / 28 day (12 hours a day) % Travel: Minimal Role Synopsis
Accountable for the performance systems and workflows, the proactive operational analysis, development of insights, and generation of improvement recommendations to enable effective performance management in ROO Maintenance & Engineering.
Key Accountabilities

  • Participates in the data and analytics value chain, proactively using all ROO related data to generate MI, performance insights, and improvement recommendations including HSE, Production, Cost and People aspects of our Function.
  • Facilitates external benchmarking in the region for local and centrally driven efforts, providing and validating data, reviewing the study results, and turning insights into action.
  • Manages the ROO M&E Regional Business Cadence through delivery of meetings, reviews, CI escalation, etc.
  • Drives standardised performance management through the implementation of reports and identify/share good practices with Other functions for continuous improvement
  • Integrates with Functions and Sub-functions to drive demonstrable conformance of requirements in the Performance related Practices
  • Delivers appropriate performance management process to support delivery of key milestones and plans such as the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and the ROO Strategy milestones.

Criteria & Qualifications

  • Higher education degree in Business or Technical field
  • Prefer Masters Degree in Business or Technical Field (i.e. MBA, Masters in Engineering)
  • A knowledge and experience of all Operational functions, e.g. Production Operations, Engineering, Reliability & Maintenance, etc.
  • A knowledge of performance management and reporting systems
  • A strong working knowledge of various systems and processes utilised within the Operations sub-functions
  • Deep analytical skills to understand data and draw out key insights and messages
  • The ability to work with incomplete data and derive conclusions and recommendations to the Leadership Team
  • Strong English language speaking and writing skills.
