Planing Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Engineer for our Planning Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring project objectives are met within the specified timeline and budget.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to define project scope and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation decisions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards on his scope of work.
• Analyze project data to identify trends and improve future project planning.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Use project management software to track and report project timelines.
• Develop contingency plans to address delays and disruptions.
• Review and approve project plans developed by subcontractors.
• Facilitate communication between different project teams.
• Any other related works.

Minimum years of relevant experience

• 2-3 years Experience in the planning field is highly desirable.

Education requirements

• Bachelor Degree from electrical engineering or mechanical engineering are preferred.
• PMP Certificated or training hours are preferred.

Language requirements
