Job Overview

Summary

Provide a variety of support services, contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments or make follow-up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurate and timely issue of all documents.
  • Ensure effective reporting.
  • Handle client issues and enquiries.
  • Check on customer orders, prices and discounts.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as finance, logistic, etc.
  • Perform administrative duties.
