Job Overview


The POS Supervisor primary responsibility involves ensuring the highest quality of service to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is achieved through vigilant supervision of daily operations at the Point of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, cultivate, and inspire team members to achieve peak performance, driving the realization of departmental and divisional objectives.
  • Oversee point of sales accomplishments, encompassing sales, product offerings, value-added services, and ensuring alignment with preset targets.
  • Continuously track and manage the daily workflow, delegate tasks, and meticulously assess staff performance.
  • Extend a warm welcome to customers, address inquiries, and adeptly resolve any customer concerns.
  • Strategically formulate shift schedules and vacation plans, optimizing point of sales efficiency in accordance with peak and off-peak days and hours.
  • Maintain a vigilant watch over the tidiness and upkeep of the Point of Sales, addressing maintenance matters on a daily basis.
  • Exercise vigilant control over point of sales inventory and assets through regular checks, mitigating potential shortages.
  • Thoroughly review all aspects of the point of sales daily operations and associated documentation.
