Purpose of the job: The Head of Proposal plays a crucial role at Al Tameer for System Solutions, leading the development and submission of competitive proposals to drive business growth. This position involves managing the proposal process from initial request to final submission, ensuring that all proposals meet the highest standards of quality, address client needs effectively, and align with company goals.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Proposal Leadership:

  • Lead the end-to-end process of proposal creation, including understanding client requirements, coordinating with technical and sales teams, and ensuring timely submission.

Team Coordination:

  • Manage a team of proposal specialists, writers, and analysts, ensuring that they have the resources and guidance needed to produce high-quality proposals.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop strategies for winning proposals, including differentiating our offerings from competitors and highlighting the unique value proposition of our IT solutions.

Content Management:

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive proposal content library, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurately reflects our capabilities.

Client Interaction:

  • Work closely with sales and account management teams to understand client needs and feedback, using this information to tailor proposals accordingly.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all proposals meet company standards and client expectations.

Market Insight:
