Job Overview

Job Purpose:

-Enhance Asiacell reputational capital and provide solutions to resolve key business issues through effective use of media, government, NGO and another stakeholder engagement.

-Manage all Public relations activities, sponsorship, event management and CSR projects in region.

 

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Build partnerships with external stakeholders and media specialists to maintain and enhance a positive image of the company and ensure active representation of company on public fronts.
  • Ensure effective usage of communication tools such as print media, press release and social media.
  • Develop creative plans for internal communications and employee involvement as needed.
  • Ensure positive communication and education with all stakeholders to ensure harmony and acceptability of new organizational initiatives in a constructive and sustainable manner.
  • Being a change activist and ensure a culture of open and clear communication across the company.
  • Analyze and identifies the key government contacts. Understand in detail the structure, operations, rules and processes of relative external institutions including the workings of committees, legislative forums and working parties.
  • Search and finding out the needs of the society so as to design the project aligning with that need to know shortening for what?
  • Acts as a point of expertise and source of information for sustainability & CSR related developments and trends for function heads.
  • Develop CSR programs with Sales within company’s CSR framework.
  • Ensure that social investment is consistent with and supports Brand guidelines.
  • Ensure that support requests from NGO’s and other community parts are given ethical, uniform and consistent treatment.
  • Co-ordinates the voluntary contributions and work of company staff in major CSR projects.
  • Looking for projects that enrich Asiacell’s values.
  • Ensure that the sponsorship requirements might be identical with Asiacell brand policy.
  • Ensure a brilliant exposure for Asiacell brand with all factors (venue, duration).
  • Having feedback on people reaction towards the sponsorship and analyzing the results.
  • Sending back report to the manager line about the entire project.
  • Contributing in generating reports (IMC is not existing and no need to mentioned Report name in JD)
  • Any other tasks asked by superiors

Qualifications:

  • A. in media
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in media management Function.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft office)
  • Language skills (Arabic and English)
