Prepaid Product Specialist

Job Overview

Summary

Contribute to the ongoing development and monitoring of diverse products and services across the group by providing proactive support to product managers in all areas. Offer recommendations to enhance customer centricity and assist in ensuring the usability and ease of all products within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and report on the status of existing and new product developments across the portfolio weekly and monthly.
  • Actively engage in product development processes, including concept preparation, business case development, project planning, testing, and launch.
  • Take ownership of key product development tasks, leading cross-functional project teams to deliver new products and services.
  • Manage the allocation of resources across services and coordinate with departments to ensure accurate and timely set-up and changes to services.
  • Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure accurate delivery of service statistics and KPIs for reporting and product management.
  • Assist in reconciling reports and invoices submitted by suppliers.
  • Research market products and services to determine their compatibility with the Korek network and customer needs.
  • Analyze competitive products and services to advise on Korek’s competitive positioning.
  • Review and interpret proposals from potential vendors, assessing their relevance to Korek.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
