Job Overview

Job Summary:

  • Implementing vendor selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured.
  • Conducting interviews with new vendors and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations.
  • Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.
  • Evaluating the performance of existing vendors using rating scales to assess their performance in areas such as quality of work, timeliness of delivery, and customer service.
  • Communicating with vendors regarding changes in orders and requirements for products or services
  • Managing contracts with vendors to ensure that they are meeting their obligations and upholding their commitments.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Review invoices from vendors to ensure that charges are accurate and appropriate for the services provided.
  • Updating the vendors ‘ base with new onboarding vendors and ensuring that all the vendor’s documents are updated and archived.
  • Tracking all the payments of the vendors and coordinating with the finance for the status of the payments.
  • Responsibilities include drafting and editing contracts, communicating with vendors, and ensuring that our contracts meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate contract agreements for products and services.
  • Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments to existing contracts.
  • Prepare and edit contracts between the company and potential clients.
  • Handle breach of contracts promptly.
  • Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.
  • Develop and implement effective procurement proposals.

Required Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Extensive knowledge of telecommunication products
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., Oracle)
  • Experience with sourcing and procurement and building a vendor program

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications.
  • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns.
