Job Overview

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Clearly communicate the product’s vision, goals, and key features to the team.
  2. Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and business goals.
  3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  4. Coordinate with team to drive new features and new products to the FastPay application that will delight our customers.
  5. Create a high-level plan that outlines how the FastPay application will evolve over time, including major milestones and key features.
  6. Working on continuous optimization for the application through delivery of small, medium and large releases.
  7. To use extensive industry experience and expertise to identify new product opportunities that will drive prioritization of product backlog.
  8. Managing and monitoring access to sensitive financial systems and data, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access them.
  9. Manage and maintain the user list, ensuring efficient user onboarding [KYC and KYB] and support throughout the whole process.
  10. Lead integration efforts with new business partners, ensuring seamless integration of our products with external systems.
  11. Testing every new Development before going into production, to ensure product delivery.
  12. Responsible for providing Data to ensure product delivery, such as [ Location, Culture, Translation].
  13. Working with AML and Compliance team, to make sure Our Application is complying with CBI regulations.
  14. Collaboration with Security team to make sure our application is safe and identify any threat that may cause financial damage or any damage.
  15. Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize their Panel needs [Support, Stock, distribution, Marketing, Report.
  16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user feedback into actionable product improvements.
  17. Create user stories and detailed product requirements to guide development, efforts.
  18. Ensure alignment of the product roadmap with the company’s overall strategy and vision.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience as technical product manager, with digital wallet or payments-related products.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, product management, Computer engineering, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams, and have good understanding of development practices, system design, and strong technical knowledge to debate with engineers on scoping
  • Strong attention to detail. Passionate about developing products and experiences with deep customer empathy.
  • Preferably domain knowledge and hands-on experience building, managing or operating any of the payment-wallet-account, cards, digital banking related technical products/platforms.
  • Speaks Kurdish, Arabic and English fluently.
  • To be critical thinking and have strong managerial skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
