Production Engineer, Erbil

Mission Statement

Managing one and/or more production line(s) and utility, planning and control production, maintenance, line efficiencies and raw material yields, leading and driving people for innovation, engagement and result oriented.

Main Responsibilities

• Assign tasks according to work programs of foreman.
• Manage implementation of production program according to processes, share daily production programs with foreman.
• Ensure maintenance programs for production line machines and insure SAP PM module system utilization.
• Monitor and continuous improving performance, line efficiencies and raw material yields.
• Ensure full utilization of company systems like SAP
• Ensure that all operators are trained to carry out maintenance/repair and cleaning of machines and area under their responsibility.
• Perform cleaning and arrangement control on filed, machine and equipment to achieve the goal on criteria determined for filed under responsibility.
• Perform and impose periodic, preventive and corrective maintenance activities on planned periods.
• Report process performance to employees and management.
• Ensure discipline within plant.
• Train and rise capability of the team under supervision. Follow up performance of his staff.
• Driving people to following company’s work safety rules.

Capabilities

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG and related field.
• Fluent in Kurdish, English and Arabic (Upper-intermediate level of English).
• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following “Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering” or any equivalent field.
• Team leading experience and team working skills ( Being in charge of teams of different number of members).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with P&ID diagrams.
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Organizing maintenance plans, and good knowledge in PMs.
• Leading maintenance activities
• Experienced occupational electrical safety and safe work procedures, electric/electronic  system troubleshooting, Programming PLC effectively.
• Understand and diagnose single line diagrams.
• Familiar with industrial communication and networking protocols
• Familiar with industrial electrical control devices as , VFDs, soft starters , control valves , pt, ft and temperature transmitters.
• Experienced in developing electrical circuits designs and their implementation.
