Position Summary:We are looking for an organized and motivated Production Storeman to join our facility. The Production Storeman will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored. They will raise requests for materials, book out against work scopes, track costs and report on a weekly/monthly basis. The Production Storeman will also package, scan, and prepare orders for delivery. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet and experienced in inventory software and databases. And may also operate heavy machinery, or drive equipment, so a candidate with experience and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Location in the field supporting Production and Facilities Operations.
  • Manage/Maintain HKN Inventory System with guidance from HKN Logistics Manager and Maintenance manager.
  • Maintain tight control of HKN Inventory.
  • Supervise the loading unloading of Vehicles at the site stores.
  • Understanding of how Inventory is positioned, located, and stored within the Warehouse.
  • Coordinate equipment movements at the site stores.
  • Manage spares stock control.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Five (5) Years’ experience working with IOC in a similar role.
  • International Experience would be helpful but not essential.
  • Understanding of Production Related Equipment and Materials from the Operators side.
  • Understanding of Maintaining Production Material Inventory Systems.
  • Experience with using Electronic Inventory Data Base.
  • Team Player.
  • Good Communication Skills, fluent in English Language written and Oral.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Tolerant and understanding of different cultures.
  • Flexible-outlook and willing to Work outside normal working hours when and if required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must have the physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job description in an irregular shift pattern.
