We are specifically looking for M&E and research consultants to support specific assignments in close collaboration with MDV staff and implementing partners across project sites.

We are seeking individuals who are strategic, possess practical research and/or evaluation experience, excel in communication, and can collaborate effectively within a fully remote team.

What we offer:

We provide a competitive salary or daily rate, ranging from $100 USD/day for Junior Consultants, $200-300 USD/day for Mid-level, and from $450 for Senior experts and consultants.

Experience Levels:

If you are committed, high-performing humanitarian worker or a professional with relevant skills and experience ready to be assigned to projects with UN Agencies, International NGOs, donors or partner organisations:

Junior Level: 3 – 5 years of experience
Mid-level: 5-10 years of experience
Senior experts: more than 10 years of experience

Main Tasks:

Review and prepare technical documents for projects/implementation activities.
Organize peer review processes and consultations with stakeholders.
Conduct literature and scientific reviews.
Design and conduct capacity-building and training sessions.
Provide technical guidance for research, implementation, and scale-up.
Lead project delivery and support, including time and budget management.
Contribute to knowledge synthesis and development.
Actively build and sustain MDV’s community of associates and consultants.

Qualifications and Skills:

University Degree or equivalent in a related field.
Willingness to engage in Short-Term or Long-Term technical assignments.
A minimum of three years of proven experience in social work, humanitarian, charity, NGOs, INGOs, and development at least areas, in any of the above Thematic areas
Field experience.
Experience in supporting or undertaking humanitarian or development, and research projects, and M&E tasks.
Skills in English and local languages.
