Job Overview
Objectives:
The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction and supply projects in the designated area, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage construction and supply projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, taking proactive measures to address issues as they arise.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report regularly on project status to senior management.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety of work.
- Evaluate project outcomes and performance against established goals and objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree is required.
- Must be an Iraqi citizen.
- Mandatory possession of an American, Canadian, or British secondary passport.
- Proven experience in construction and supply projects.
- Fluency in English language is mandatory.
