Project Manager

Job Overview

Objectives:
The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction and supply projects in the designated area, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage construction and supply projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, taking proactive measures to address issues as they arise.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report regularly on project status to senior management.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety of work.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and performance against established goals and objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Possession of a bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Must be an Iraqi citizen.
  • Mandatory possession of an American, Canadian, or British secondary passport.
  • Proven experience in construction and supply projects.
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory.
