Projects Manager- SG ERB

Tasks & Responsibilities:

The Projects Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field. +10 years of experience in construction project management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. It is a national position: Iraqi nationality is a must.
