SAS Automotive Service Company is looking to hire great talents within the Administration department to cover the Quality Assurance Supervisor role in Erbil, as in the below Requirements.

Overall Objective of the Job The #QualityAssuranceSupervisor is responsible for planning and directing activities concerned with company development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for SAS TOYOTA industrial processes, materials, and products. And Responsible To establish procedures and quality standards and monitoring these against agreed targets. And to establish programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation. follow-up and apply the training plan.

Assists the quality staff in developing and maintaining the procedures and work instructions. Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.

Maintain the Material Review Area to ensure that all products are distributed in a timely manner. Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing products and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.

Assist the SAS Management in maintaining the procedures and the distribution of all measuring equipment as well as calibration requirements.

Suggests and implements changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase safety and efficiency of workshops, departments, or work crew.

Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.

Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.

Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.

Interfaces with other Departments and the internal Trainer to develop and implement training programs as required.

Determining, negotiating, and agreeing on TOYOTA quality procedures, standards, and specifications.

Assessing Customer Requirements and ensuring that these are met. And Setting Customer service standards.

Investigation and Setting standards quality and health and safety.

Ensuring that Sales and After Sales Process comply with standards at both national and international level.

Determining training needs and reporting to the management in addition to technical reports and customers charters.

Performs any related task as requested by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.

Minimum 5 years in Quality Assurance.

Prefer to have academic experience and analyzing data.
