Job Overview

  • Presenting live and recorded programs, creating segments, advertisements, and conducting radio interviews with guests from the university or important personalities as required by the program’s content.
  • The presenter has the ability to prepare programs and do voice recordings.
    Engaging with the Audience: Interacting with listeners through phone calls, social media, and other channels to create a connection and build loyalty.
  • Content Creation: Developing ideas for show topics, researching and preparing content, and scripting or ad-libbing segments.
  • Interviewing Guests: Conducting interviews with guests, such as musicians, authors, or experts, and leading engaging conversations.
  • Staying Informed: Keeping up to date with current events, music trends, and other relevant topics to provide informed and engaging content.
  • Collaborating with Producers: Working closely with producers to plan show formats, music playlists, and promotional activities.
  • Promotional Activities: Participating in promotional events, remote broadcasts, and station activities to engage with the community and promote the station.
  • Adhering to Station Policies: Following station guidelines and policies, including those related to content, language, and broadcast regulations.
  • Recording voice-overs for videos for the university’s social media department and serving as a master of ceremonies at university conferences.
  • Writing radio jingles for special occasions and holidays.
