Job Overview


The position is responsible for handling the reception area, greeting customers, Routing mail, answering phone lines and ensuring all customer requests are routed properly to the correct channels and timely. This position is also responsible for maintaining the security at the entry of the buildings ensuring following security procedures in cases of security breaches.

  • Ensure all visitors are greeted professionally and reception staff are well trained.
  • Safeguard the company entrances and ensure no trespassers enter the buildings.
  • Follow security procedures in case of security breach.
  • Identify suspicious activities outside and inside the premises.
  • Coordinate with the Surveillance officers to identify any suspicious activities.
  • Manage customer service officers to answer a multi-line phone system and directing calls to the appropriate departments and personnel.
  • Transfer calls when needed to departments.
  • Ensure all customer requests are being met and the responsible person is put in contact with the customers.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in any data provided over the phone or direction asked.
  • Maintain updated phone numbers list at all time based on resource changes and send updated list to all employees in related location at all time.
  • Ensure that the receipt and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail is being properly done without any delays or mistakes.
  • Ensure that all customer facing staff are abiding by the uniform.
  • Abide by the uniform and work rules.


  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 0-1 Years’ Experience in Customer Service.
